40W LED Explosion Proof light head Ideal for use in oil fields, chemical plants, power plants, petroleum, painting areas & and areas with dust. This LED light produces 4,600 lumens using only 40W, (additional wattages available), or the equivalent of 100W Metal Halide with more than 60% savings in electricity. Multiple input voltages make this explosion proof LED light versatile for many applications such as; oilfield, chemical industry, offshore drilling platform, steel industry & petroleum. The LED’s are American made Cree with a Meanwell LED Driver from Taiwan.

The 40w Led explosion proof light head has an adjustable and locking device on the bracket so it can be adjusted and fixed to your working area, which is especially helpful when used in a harsh vibration location. The aluminum body is powder-coated for anti-corrosion, which is dust and waterproof. Flameproof protection makes it safe for use in all kinds of hazardous explosive environments. This light can mount to a variety of mounts including, portable tripods, ceiling, wall, and bracket.
