Description

These rugged 10 in. Mecanum wheels are sold assembled with 12 rollers each. Each roller is a heavy-duty wheel itself, with a robust steel core with PTFE coated bushings spinning on a 1/2 in. steel axle. The rollers are made of dark gray 95A durometer SBR rubber. The center hub of the wheel consists of a molded spacer, which provides tab support for each wheel allowing high load capacity and durable performance.
 

Product Usage:
For a mecanum drive system to work you must use two right and two left wheels oriented in the correct configuration.

Driving The Wheel

  • If you wish to drive this wheel with an axle and hub, you can make a custom hub to interface with the bolt pattern on this wheel and the output shaft of your platform. Interface details can be found in the CAD file.
  • If you are interested in a large order of these wheels (10+ sets) we can make you custom hubs or custom inside plates to match the bolt pattern you need. For your specific application please contact us as Support@AndyMark.com
