Stationary combined filter system manufactured in accordance with ATEX “e” II 3 G Zone 2.
This compact dust extractor with a very high degree of separation and efficiency is an ideal solution for permanent and optimal extraction and cleaning of pollutants. The polluted air flows from the outside onto the filter cartridge, where most of the particles are separated, while the air inside the filter cartridge flows upwards and reaches the next filter unit.
The second filter package consists of a pre-filter EU5, stretched in a frame, a suspended matter filter H13 as an absolute filter and three activated carbon steel cassettes, each with a filling weight of 20 kg (total 60 kg), which absorb gases and vapors. In order to achieve a constant suction power, the filter cartridge is cleaned at regular intervals using compressed air via a ball valve. After briefly opening the ball valve, it releases a large amount of compressed air for a short moment. This flows through a rotary vane nozzle, which cleans the filter cartridge along its entire length, contrary to the normal suction direction. The “dust cake” adhering to the filter cartridge is pushed off and falls into the collecting container.
