Swages aluminum and copper oval sleeves for 1/16, 3/32, 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, and 5/16 size wire rope and 1/16 – 3/8 Aluminum and Copper Stop.

Compressions

The following chart indicates to number of compressions for each size sleeve to obtain maximum holding strength. The powerful 6-ton tool requires only one compression for the 1/16, 3/32, and 1/8 size sleeves.

Select the proper die size for the sleeve to be swaged. Use only 3/32 sleeves with 3/32 die, 1/8 sleeve with 1/8 die and so on. For lap slices at least two oval sleeves should be used.

* Special dies for Loos & Co. stainless steel sleeves only are available upon request.
