Keep Safe in China

The following government department websites may be changed for reference only. If there is any change, you can search again.  You can translate the website if you do not understand it.

1. China National Credit Network, Shenzhen Credit Network and Shenzhen Credit Network

National Credit Network http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html  If the website need a Chinese phone number for security code, you can ask for help from a Chinese.

(1) If it can be found, that means the company was set up legally.

(2) There are many third party platforms such as Tianyan Search, Enterprise Search, Qixin Search and Qixinbao and so on. They all use government website information. In addition, these 3d party websites, some listed relocation, equity change, etc. as abnormal and only visible after payment.  But www.gsxt.gov.cn is free of charge for all these information.

2. Company homepage  

(1) IP in China or USA are reliable.  

(2) IP in China and hosting in China should be registered in China.  These can be searched in some 3^rd party Chinese website.

(3) The shield mark of Industrial and Commercial sign at the foot of the home page registered in China links to the government registered information.

3. Network bulic informaiton.  

(1) Search baidu.com (not google in China) the company name+SCAM (in Chinese), or fraud or other keywords. A liar cannot cheat only one company to survive.  So if you can find they are scam in website, that should be dangerous.

(2) If there are too many negative news about this company, even if they are not a fraud, they are not honest enough.

(3) Legal issues. Legal disputes and employee disputes are not considered to have an impact on the enterprise. Big companies such as Apple and Amazon are facing lawsuits every day. 

4. Company life

Although the time of general fraudster companies is relatively short, some are only one or two years. However, if a company has many years history, it is not easy to explain the company is honest or not.  Because the “company” can be sold and bought in China. However, if the main person in charge of a company remains unchanged for more than 10 years, there will be no risk.  And same the contact person’s phone number. 

5. Registered capital

It doesn’t explain the problem. High registered capital is a guarantee for customers. But is a bait if it is used by a fraudster.

6. Telephone communication

As the saying goes, a liar will not be treated sincerely in telephone communication. For example, a liar of a certain brand in Indonesia could quickly quote by email, but he was afraid to answer our phone calls.

7. Customs declaration form (not all imports and exports have customs declaration form, and different customs declaration modes may incur additional costs, so the customs declaration form shall be proposed before ordering)

(1) Find the status of the goods on the customs website through the customs declaration number.

(2) http://query.customs.gov.cn/HYW2007DataQuery/FormStatusQuery.aspx (This link changes frequently, subject to the first level domain name. ) The declaration has been received by the customs or the customs has released the cargo. 

(3) The logistics information through the information on the declaration. Unless many goods are delivered together, the logistics number on a single shipment matches the ordering time, volume and weight of the goods.

(4) Customs broker. Some companies declare through the customs broker, you can see the customs broker information on the customs declaration form. 

8. Baidu Maps, 360 Maps, QQ Maps， or map street scenes.

Our company(in Chinese) can find these addresses. These maps have also been interviewed on the spot. But we our a small company without individual building.  Soyou can not find us through the map street scenes.

9. Visit. This is a good way. The company doesn’t have to be magnificent. We have experienced fraudsters in such tall places as Shenzhen International Trade Building and Guangzhou CITIC Plaza, and even the security guards can’t look at them.

10. Government rating

According to relevant government or third-party websites, we are qualified by customs A-level enterprises, tax paying A-level enterprises. 

11. As long as we engage in economic activities, there may be disputes over laws, labor services, economy, property rights, etc. Although our company has no such disputes for the time being, we believe that they will not affect the business activities of the enterprise.
