Hite cement is used for high-temperature applications and can effectively bond most metals, including low-carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, and superalloys.

1.701 CEMENT

Cure a silica filled ceramic adhesive at 300 ° C (572 ° F) to bond strain gauges and thermocouples to metals and superalloys. The shelf life is 6 months.

2.HG-1 CEMENT

Curing a green cement at 300 ° C (572 ° F) can effectively bond most metals, including low-carbon steel. Thin coating, good wettability, and strong adhesion. Its thermal expansion is very compatible with low-carbon steel. Its electrical performance is superior to most commercial green cement and can be comparable to high-purity ROKIED when cured at the highest operating temperature. Suitable for connecting HFN, HFE, HFK, HFM, and HFH strain gauges and K-type thermocouples. The shelf life is 6 months.

3.NCC-3 CEMENT

Cure a silica based cement at 300 ° C (572 ° F) and develop it for connecting sensors to superalloys, stainless steel, titanium, and other non-ferrous metal alloys. Compared with most commercial strain gauge adhesives, this adhesive does not contain carcinogen and has excellent bonding strength. Not suitable for low carbon steel. Suitable for bonding nickel chromium alloy, Everom alloy, chromium aluminum cobalt heat-resistant steel (chromium 25%, aluminum 5%, cobalt 3%, iron 67%), and K-alloy strain gauges and K-type thermocouples. The shelf life is 1 year.

4.WC-16 CEMENT

Cure alumina based ceramic coating at>175 ° C (347 ° F) for bonding metal sensors to titanium and TMC structures. A 100% high-purity aluminum oxide filler with graded aggregate distribution and easy flow during brushing. Use an artist’s brush or sponge to apply. Good electrical insulation at 800 ° C. At least 180 ° C heat curing is required. It can be used on alumina substrates at 1200 ° C. Specially used for bonding platinum tungsten and palladium chromium strain gauges, platinum resistance temperature detectors, and Pt/PtRo thermocouples. The shelf life is 1 year.
